Talking bees and pelvic floors on South of the River with Alli Harding this Sunday
To clarify … that’s human pelvic floors, not bees’ pelvic floors.
With spring just around the corner, blossom is blooming all over our suburbs so Alli Harding thought she’d invite local bee expert Helen Charles into the studio to chat on South of the River this Sunday. If you have any bee or hive questions, please send Alli a message (see below).
Alli will also be joined by physiotherapist Gill Smith, who runs women’s health clinics, with a focus on pelvic floor health, in our area. Incontinence and prolapse are subjects that many shy away from – but Gill says they are vital topics to discuss to empower women to maintain strong well-functioning bodies.
Alli will also play some great music and chat about the week’s news – and, fingers crossed, be looking forward to the Matildas in the World Cup Final on Sunday night!
Tune in from 2pm to 4pm this Sunday 20 August.
