As always, the first half of the show is focused on a  weekly theme  with John pulling out the odd surprise tune and even occasionally leaving you wondering what the next track maybe.

The music always spans across several decades, and usually several genres too.

The second half the show starts off with the wellness section , where there is either a  personal wellbeing tip or a recommended community group highlighted between two very well selected songs

John leads up to midday, with his popular “Guess that Year”.
