Could house swapping be the best way to travel? Alli Harding on South of the River podcast

Alli Harding and Sophie Oxley were joined in the studio on Sunday 11 June by Karen Wilson and her son Mikey.

The Wilson family enjoy regular holidays by house-swapping, which is a great way to save some serious money. They even look after other peoples’ pets (including alpacas!).

“We would never have travelled to as many places in Australia without house-swapping,” says Karen. “Both participants benefit from the arrangement.”

Alli and Sophie also discussed the amazing rescue of the Colombian children who were lost in the jungle, Sophie’s visit to the soon-to-close Lunar Drive-in in Dandenong, and Alli’s first concert.
