RADIO GA GA’S MUSICIANS WHO DEPARTED THE STAGE IN 2012
With a hint of sadness this Saturdays edition of Radio Ga Ga will be a remembrance day of sorts as we pay our little tribute to the artists who enriched our lives but joined the great big band in the sky in 2012. Some will spring to mind readily such as Whitney Houston, Donna Summer, Davey Jones, Robin Gibb and Andy Williams but other less well known by name will also feature on this special episode that no parent should miss. People like “the guy who sang Burn Baby Burn………Disco Inferno” Jimmy Ellis, Michael Hossack (Doobie Bros. percussionist), John Lord of Deep Purple and Herb Reed of “Great Pretender” fame as well as a couple of Aussie greats in Darryl Cotton and Greg Ham.
